Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Effective date: October 16, 2026. Current version: 2026-10-16. These terms govern access to and use of PostVenue.
Who we are
PostVenue is operated by Kitefold Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17498985, with its registered office at 82, Unit A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE. In these terms, "PostVenue", "we", "us" and "our" mean Kitefold Ltd. You can reach us at support@postvenue.com.
Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in with Google, connecting a platform, or using PostVenue, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PostVenue. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use PostVenue only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the service. You must also meet the minimum age and eligibility rules of every platform you connect - YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook each set their own, and some of what they let an account do depends on the creator's age. Connecting an account you are not eligible to operate breaches these terms. PostVenue is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them; if we learn we hold such an account, we will delete it.
Service scope
PostVenue provides tools for scheduling, uploading, and tracking creator content across supported platforms. The integrations you can connect today are YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, each described in its own section below. Support may vary by platform, account state, quota, provider policy, or rollout stage. New accounts join a waitlist and are admitted in batches.
Plans, free trial and payment
PostVenue is a paid subscription. Lobby costs £9.99 a month, in pounds sterling, and includes up to 2 YouTube posts and 4 TikTok posts a day, plus 4 Instagram posts and 4 Facebook posts a day - counted per account, across all of your channels - videos up to 2 GB, and scheduling up to 14 days ahead. The platforms you publish to may apply limits of their own. When your account is admitted, you start a 7-day free trial by adding a payment card; nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the end of the 7 days, your card is charged the monthly price, and the subscription renews every month on the same date until you cancel. We email you 3 days before the trial ends - and so before the first charge - with the amount, the date and a link to cancel. Each account can have one free trial. Payments are processed by Stripe; PostVenue never sees or stores your full card details. If a payment fails we will try again, and while it remains unpaid publishing is paused - nothing you have made is deleted, and publishing resumes once the payment goes through. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, with no call or form. If you cancel during the free trial you are never charged. If you cancel later, the subscription stops at the end of the period you have paid for: you keep access until then and are not charged again. If you change your mind after a charge, write to support@postvenue.com within 14 days of it and we will refund that charge in full. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect them.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Platform authorization
When you connect YouTube, TikTok, or another supported platform, you authorize PostVenue to store the credentials or tokens needed for the approved feature, read what your account is permitted to publish so the posting options we show you match it, upload content on your behalf, read publishing status, read engagement statistics for the content you publish through PostVenue (for example view, like, comment, and share counts), and perform scheduled actions you explicitly configure.
Your content and rights
You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the rights required to upload, schedule, and publish the content through PostVenue and that your use does not violate platform rules, copyright, privacy, or other applicable law.
YouTube-specific terms
If you use YouTube features through PostVenue, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube API policies. PostVenue reads statistics for your videos - including view, like, comment, and share counts - through the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API to display engagement for the content you publish. Share counts are sourced from the YouTube Analytics API and may lag real time. PostVenue does not sell this data or use it for any purpose other than showing you your own content's performance.
TikTok-specific terms
If you use TikTok features through PostVenue, you also agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service and applicable TikTok Developer policies. Whenever you compose a TikTok post, PostVenue reads your account's current posting settings from TikTok - the audiences available to you, whether comments, duets, and stitches are enabled, and your maximum video length - so the form offers only what TikTok will accept from your account. Those settings build the form and are not stored. You choose the audience for every TikTok post yourself: PostVenue never pre-selects one, and it will not let you publish until you have. Before publishing you must confirm TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and, where you disclose the post as branded content, TikTok's Branded Content Policy. PostVenue reads statistics for the posts you publish through it - view, like, comment, and share counts - through the TikTok Display API, to show that engagement back to you. PostVenue does not sell this data or use it for any purpose other than showing you your own content's performance.
Instagram-specific terms
If you use Instagram features through PostVenue, you also agree to be bound by the Instagram Terms of Use and the Meta Platform Terms. Instagram publishing runs through the Facebook Page your professional account is linked to: PostVenue reads the Facebook Pages you choose to share with it in order to find that account, reads its username to label the connection, and publishes the reels you submit to it. Instagram requires a professional (Business or Creator) account linked to a Facebook Page - a personal account cannot publish through Meta's API, and Instagram itself limits how many posts an account may publish through the API in a day. PostVenue also reads engagement statistics - view, like, comment, and share counts - for the posts you publish to Instagram through PostVenue, and only those, so it can show you their performance.
Facebook-specific terms
If you use Facebook features through PostVenue, you also agree to be bound by the Facebook Terms of Service and the Meta Platform Terms. PostVenue publishes to a Facebook Page you manage, never to your personal profile: it reads the Pages you choose to share with it, reads the Page's name to label the connection, publishes the videos and reels you submit to that Page, and reads their publishing status. It does not read your friends, messages, or personal timeline, and it manages nothing else on the Page. Facebook requires the Page to have completed its own publishing authorization before it will accept posts through an API, and itself limits how many reels a Page may publish through an API in a day. PostVenue also reads engagement statistics - view, reaction, comment, and share counts - for the videos and reels you publish to the Page through PostVenue, and only those, so it can show you their performance.
One channel per platform, per post
PostVenue publishes an upload to one account per platform. You can send the same post to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook together, but not to two YouTube channels at once - to reach another channel on the same platform, create a separate post. This is a deliberate limit rather than a technical one, and it exists to protect your accounts: platforms treat the same file posted to several accounts they can see as duplicate or reused content. YouTube can make it ineligible for monetization and, in repeat cases, remove a channel from the Partner Program; TikTok can suppress its reach; and Meta's originality rules stop recommending accounts that mostly post content they did not create. Publishing the same upload across different platforms carries no such penalty - platforms cannot see each other's catalogues - which is why PostVenue encourages that and limits the other.
Prohibited use
You may not use PostVenue to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content, bypass provider restrictions, scrape unauthorized data, or misuse OAuth credentials or platform APIs.
Availability and changes
PostVenue may change, suspend, or remove features, rate limits, supported platforms, or operational workflows as the product evolves or as required by providers, security, or law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, comply with provider requirements, respond to abuse, or address violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect platforms at any time. If you choose to delete your PostVenue account, the deletion follows the soft-delete flow described in the Privacy Policy: an immediate cleanup pass, a 30-day grace period for recovery, and an admin-reviewed finalisation within 3 business days after grace ends. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription; the 14-day refund described in Cancellation and refunds still applies to your most recent charge.
Disclaimers
PostVenue is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that a scheduled publish will always succeed, or that a connected platform will accept, retain, distribute, recommend, or monetise anything you publish through PostVenue. Publishing outcomes - reach, availability, monetisation, and enforcement decisions - are controlled by the platforms, not by us. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostVenue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill, audience, monetisation eligibility, or data, arising out of or in connection with the service - including a publish that fails, publishes late, or publishes with the wrong settings. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid PostVenue for the service in that period and 100 GBP. These limits apply whatever the legal basis of the claim and survive termination. This section does not affect the non-excludable liabilities named in Disclaimers, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of the service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use PostVenue as a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the law of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product, our providers, or the law changes. Every version carries a version identifier and an effective date, both shown at the top of this page. When a change is material we ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in, and PostVenue records which version you accepted and when. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the service, and you may delete your account.
